1. General terms 

  • Raketa watches are officially produced in Russia by the “Raketa Watch Factory” in Saint-Petersburg (Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Petrodvorets, Sankt-Peterburgskiy prospekt, 60A) (hereafter the “Manufacturer”).
  • Outside Russia and CIS countries, Raketa watches are officially distributed through the internet shop www.raketa.com (hereafter the “Internet Shop”) by the company “Raketa International Ltd” in the European Union (Bulgaria, Pleven, Pleven Province, Pleven Municipality, 5800, bul. Skobelev 20, A, fl.1, apt. 2) (hereafter the “Seller”).

2. Payment

You can either pay online or by wire transfer.

Online payment with bank card:

You can pay online with your bank card through the international payment systems PaySera and Stripe. You do not need to open an account to pay through PaySera or Stripe.

All personal information given by you in connection with the payment is fully protected in conformity with the rules of the Security Standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Payment by bank account transfer:

If you choose to pay by “Bank Account Transfer”, we will send you by email an invoice with bank account details. 

Bank account transfer payments can only be made in Euros.

The order will be sent to you the next business day following receipt of your wire transfer. 

3. Delivery

When is the express worldwide delivery free of charge? 

Express worldwide delivery is free for orders as from 100 Euros. 

A fixed cost of 30 Euros will be added for orders below 100 Euros. 

How is the express worldwide delivery made? 

Deliveries are made by DHL from our warehouse in the European Union.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive by email a tracking number that will allow you to follow the shipment of your parcels.

What is the delivery time?

Europe:2 business days from the date of order
North America:3 business days from the date of order
Asia:4 business days from the date of order
Rest of world:4-5 business days from the date of order

The above delivery time-frames are indicative and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. If you do not receive your parcel within the time frame indicated above, please contact at the internet-shop contacts. 

Anything else? 

All shipments are made “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

4. Return & exchange rules

The goods purchased through the online store raketa.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from their date of receipt, at the condition that they remain in exactly the same state as when you received them (i.e. the products must be unused, in their original packaging with all the labels and protective stickers intact).

Please note that only the value of the goods will be refunded, without the cost of delivery. Discounted goods can not be exchanged or returned.

5. Warranty & Service

Raketa watches are warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase in accordance with the Warranty rules & user’s guide Raketa .

If the Raketa watch needs to be serviced, please deliver it (by post or by hand) to one of our official service centers.

If you send your watch by post, please carefully pack the watch in the parcel and indicate the return shipping address. The Service center will not responsible for the work of the postal service.

In order to benefit from the warranty, please include in the parcel or deliver to us by hand the warranty card that was given to you when the watch was purchased.

6. Privacy Policy

What personal data do we process? 

We collect your personal data when you (i) purchase products, (ii) sign up for news, (iii) request support and (iv) are browsing our website. Such personal data will include information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone, delivery address, etc. that you voluntarily provide us (hereafter “personal data”).

We do not in any way whatsoever have access to your personal payment information. This information is only processed by our recognized international secure online payment system providers (Stripe and PaySera) which fully protect such information in conformity with the applicable rules of the Security Standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Purpose:

We will only use your personal data for the purposes set out below. 

  • Purchases: When you purchase products, we will process your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you (see above Terms and conditions). Our purchase form identifies what information you must provide to us, in order for us to complete your purchase.
  • Direct marketing: When you sign up for news (direct marketing), we will process your personal data to provide the services as requested by you. If you opt-opt or unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose. 
  • Support: When you request support through our support channels, we will process your personal data to be able to assist you with the relevant matter. Opt-out is made possible by contacting us at manager@raketa.com 
  • Browsing: When browsing our website, we will process your personal data to improve our website and for marketing purposes. Opt-out is made possible by contacting us at manager@raketa.com
  • Analysis of data: We will analyze your personal data, in order to compile aggregated tracking data (including to analyze visitors’ use of our site by tracking information such as page views, traffic flows, search terms and click throughs). Who do we share your personal data with?

Only the people who need to process personal data for the purposes mentioned above have access to your personal data. We further may need to allow our suppliers access to your personal data when they perform services on our behalf, mainly to provide support and maintenance of IT systems & storage services. 

Your rights

You are entitled to the following rights under applicable laws:

  • The right to access: you may at any time request to access your personal data. Upon request, we will provide a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic form.
  • The right to rectification: you are entitled to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed.
  • The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): you may request us to delete your User Data. Please note that this right is not unconditional. 

Cookies 

As part of our approach to providing personalized services on our website, we use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. If you do not want your personal information to be stored by cookies, you can configure your browser so that it notifies you whenever a cookie is received. This way you can decide each time to accept cookies or not.
