Total becomes an official partner of Raketa Watch Factory

Total, a top lubricant producer, has entered into a long-term cooperation agreement with one of the oldest Russian plants, Petrodvorets Watch Factory, also known as Raketa Watch Factory named so to commemorate the Earth’s first cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin (Raketa means ‘rocket’ in Russian).

Moscow, March 2, 2021 To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Petrodvorets Watch Factory, Total and Raketa signed a two-year cooperation agreement. Total Group has become the official technical partner of Raketa plant to supply it with innovative lubricants for watch manufacturing, including Azolla high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oils.

The agreement also covers cooperation in implementing strategic projects, marketing campaigns, communication support and information exchange.

The agreement was signed by Pascal Rigaud, Director General of Total Vostok LLC and David Henderson-Stewart, Managing Director of Raketa Watch Factory.
