When is the express worldwide delivery free of charge?
Express worldwide delivery is free for orders as from 100 Euros.
A fixed cost of 30 Euros will be added for orders below 100 Euros
How is the express worldwide delivery made?
Deliveries are made by DHL from our warehouse in Europe
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive by email a tracking number that will allow you to follow the shipment of your parcels.
What is the delivery time?
| Europe (EU): | 2 business days from the date of order |
| Europe (outside EU): | 2-4 business days from the date of order |
| North America : | 4-6 business days from the date of order |
| Asia : | 4-6 business days from the date of order |
| Rest of world: | 5-7 business days from the date of order |

Anything else?
All shipments are made “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.
